Dear Community Member,

On behalf of the committee of the San Marina Recreational Club, we would like to extend a hearty warm welcome to you and your family upon moving into San Marina.

The San Marina Recreational Club (which should not be confused with the Marina Da Gama Association) is owned by all of the residents of San Marina and is run on a non-profit basis to provide facilities for our residents,

These facilities include:

Use of the swimming pool.

Use to the tennis court.

Playground for children.

Live DSTV sporting functions (Rugby, Soccer, F1, etc.).

Braai facilities (South-east wind-free!).

Hire of the club house at a nominal fee.


To ensure the smooth running of the Club and maintenance of the club house premises, membership and the payment of subscriptions to the San Marina Recreational Club is compulsory for all San Marina residents. A clause to this effect should be included in your Deed of Sale.
